These Terms and Conditions apply to all SMS messages sent and received through the A2P 10DLC messaging services provided under the SpeedyMedia.io brand. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

SMS Disclosure

By opting in to our SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages related to marketing updates, notifications, service announcements, account authentication (2FA), and other service-related communications. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier. To opt out at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP. Messaging Consent

You must explicitly consent to receive SMS messages from SpeedyMedia.io. Consent may be provided through website forms, customer intake forms, phone calls, or any other opt-in mechanism we use.

Message Types and Frequency

Messages may include reminders, marketing offers, notifications, account updates, or service-related alerts. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.

Data Rates and Fees

Standard message and data rates may apply for any SMS or MMS messages sent or received.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may unsubscribe from SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

Message Delivery

SpeedyMedia.io does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free message delivery due to carrier limitations, device issues, or other factors outside our control.

User Obligations

You agree not to use SpeedyMedia.io’s messaging system to send harmful, illegal, offensive, or harassing content, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Compliance with Laws

Use of our messaging services must comply with all telecommunications laws, privacy regulations, carrier guidelines, and commercial messaging standards.

Subscription Plans and Billing

SpeedyMedia.io offers two subscription options:

$297/month – includes a fully built website, access to the SpeedyMedia platform, business phone number, texting and calling features, CRM, automations, remarketing tools, and review-generation tools.

$750/month – includes everything in the Core Plan plus full management and optimization of Google Local Service Ads.

Clients may choose month-to-month or a 3-month prepaid commitment, which includes a complimentary Google Business Profile optimization. All payments are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.

Usage-Based Charges (Rebillable Costs)

Clients incur usage charges for phone numbers, SMS/MMS segments, voice minutes, and number intelligence. These costs are billed automatically from a rebillable wallet. When the balance is low, the system will automatically top up using the saved payment method.

No Refund Policy

All payments to SpeedyMedia.io are final and non-refundable, including subscription fees, setup fees, and usage charges. Services are custom-built and begin immediately upon purchase.

Chargebacks Not Permitted

By using our platform, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for services delivered. We reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery and may pursue recovery of owed amounts, chargeback fees, and legal/collection costs if a fraudulent dispute is filed.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle. Canceling early does not result in a refund for unused prepaid time.

Delivery of Services

Services are considered delivered when your website has been completed and platform access is active. Onboarding assistance may be provided but is not required for fulfillment.

Free Trials and Promotions

SpeedyMedia.io does not offer free trials. Promotions or discounts do not alter the terms of this agreement.

Payment Failures and Suspension

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it four times over three weeks. If unpaid within 48 hours of the first failed attempt, your account and platform access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Consent and Agreement

By using our services or checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you accept these Terms, the No Refund Policy, and the waiver of chargebacks for services delivered.

Changes to Terms

SpeedyMedia.io may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
